We offer two services: permanent nursery recruitment, and practical business support for small, owner-led businesses.
How we started
Recruitment is where we began, and we’ve worked in nursery recruitment for around five years. We help nurseries find people who genuinely fit their setting, and we put the right fit ahead of simply filling a vacancy, for the setting and for the person. That includes eighteen months as Key Account Manager for three nurseries, and in one three-month stretch we made 12 placements.
Working closely with nursery managers, we’ve seen how much time small teams lose to admin and follow-up. That’s why we now offer business support too, for owner-led businesses in any sector that need a reliable, organised extra pair of hands.

What we do
Business support
Admin and CRM, research and sales support, and project coordination for owner-led businesses, at £30 an hour on weekdays.
